Tangerang, LONG LIVE – Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno said that the 2024 Indonesian Creativity Appreciation (AKI) Top Night will be an event to empower Indonesia’s creative generation.

Sandiaga Uno said that during the four years of his visit, AKI was present in 60 cities in 31 provinces in Indonesia.

“AKI was born from a post-pandemic hope for us to face economic challenges, which includes 1,600 creative economy players and 1,600 best creative products in Indonesia,” he said.

The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy also said that the AKI Summit Week 2024 will take the theme to the next level, focusing on the development of Indonesia’s creative economy by providing a platform for business actors to expand business networks, attract investments and initiate cooperation.
“AKI has made a great contribution to creating a workforce in the creative economy sector, reaching 25 million people. Indonesia’s creative economy has also managed to enter the top three positions in the world, and we must continue this momentum in future governments,” he said.
“The continuation of these constructive economic programs is very necessary to strengthen our position as a developed country towards Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said.
A total of 12 AKI 2024 finalists will be accompanied by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
“We will get the finalists who have international quality products so that they can participate in the export class of the Ministry of Commerce. We have just opened the Indonesia-Africa Forum and, in my opinion, it is the biggest opportunity in Africa for exports. AKI Peak Week 2024 offers a variety of exciting events designed to support the development of creative entrepreneurs.
