Guty Carrera is one of the 24 participants of the new reality show The Island: Extreme Challengefrom Telemundo. Guty sat down with his former partner, Cristina Porta, from The House of the Famous to talk about this new challenge that the Peruvian actor will face.
Cristina interviewed Guty for En Casa con Teleundo where they talked about his entrance to the reality show and if he is going with the desire to fall in love with someone on La Isla. The actor began by talking about the confidence he feels that he will go far in the reality show. “It may sound a little egocentric but I am not nervous at all, I have not even stopped to think that there are only a few hours left until this great adventure begins. But I already have a lot of experience in this type of reality show. I know the limits of my body and how far it can go. I am calm,” said Guty. “I am going to be super strategic, although in La casa I did not succeed in sports I have always succeeded so I think that this is an environment where I feel very comfortable. I see myself going far, unless something happens.“.
Guty reveals that he is single
Cristina saw the opportunity to ask Guty something very personal. It was rumored that he could be dating Alana Lliteras, his other former colleague from La Casa de los Famosos. They were seen very affectionate at La Melaza’s birthday party in New York.
Cristina asked Guty: Would you give yourself the opportunity to meet someone on The Island?
Guty responds: “I don’t have that mentality. One hundred percent focused on the reality show. We’ll see what happens later. I think it’s time to concentrate and be clear about things.”
