The San Bernardino, California-based boys known as Fuerza Regida take the stage with their bullfighting and controversial lyrics. JOP and his band enter the competition with 8 nominations in the categories of Hot Latin Song Artist of the Year and Vocal Collaboration of the Year for their hit “Harley Quinn” with DJ and producer Marshmello. Their album Pa Las Baby’s y Belikeada is competing in the categories of Best Latin Album of the Year and Regional Mexican Album of the Year.

Other talents who will take the stage will be Latin Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Song of the Year, Song of the Year, Sales and Song of the Year, Streaming for her hit La Diabla.
From Colombia, the legendary salsa group known as Grupo Niche comes to the gala to continue celebrating their 40 years of career while celebrating their entry into the category of Duo or Group of Tropical Artists of the Year.
The group, which this year pays tribute to its creator Jairo Varela with the premiere of “Cali Pachanguero 40 Años” and begins its world tour “Pachanguero Tour 40 Años”, will perform some of its greatest classics. This year, the Colombian salsa group arrives after the release of the collaborations “Con dinero y sin dinero” with Fonseca and “La primera vez” with Giuliana.
Also from the land of coffee, Luis Alfonso, one of the most important artists of Colombian popular music, will arrive after combining his hits “La Ex”, “Mi palabra contra los suyos” and “La Cantina Remix”. His latest release “Chismofilia” topped the charts in his country where it remained for more than 10 consecutive days.

South Conn’s María Becerra, considered one of the most important new faces in Latin music and recognized by Billboard with the “Visionaria” artist award, arrives in Miami after the release of her hit “Agora.” Her international tour “#Tour24” will visit more than 50 venues throughout Europe, Latin America and the United States. On October 24, she will perform at The Novo in Los Angeles.
Yandel, one of the most urban artists in Latin music, comes to the gala to sing after the release of his single “Háblame Claro” with Feidi Colombia and is already preparing his next album Élite. But first he arrives at the Billboard Awards as a finalist for “Latin Rhythm” Artist of the Year, Duo or Group with Visin.
All of these stars will be the first confirmed group to perform at the gala, and the Billboard Latin Music Awards production and Telemundo will soon announce the acts that will join.
The awards ceremony will take place live on October 17 and will be broadcast on Sunday, October 20 at 9pm/8c on Telemundo. It can also be seen on the Telemundo app, the Peacock streaming service and on Telemundo Internacional for all of Latin America and the Caribbean.
