This group is often called “Vespa Gembel” and they have ideals almost the same as punk, that is, anti-independence. Well, recently it went viral in cyberspace, their union was the center of attention at an event in Gunung Putri, Bogor, West Java.
The punk community and Vespa riders came together at an event, but unfortunately a very tragic tragedy occurred. The man had to lose both of his eyes because one of the event participants tore them out.
A video of a man gouging out people’s eyes has gone viral on social media, with one of X’s @Scariestproject accounts sharing the horrific footage.
The broadcast shows a man dressed in shorts, a T-shirt and a hat, with his back turned, gouging out the eyes of a person who was lying covered in blood.
In the darkness of that night, someone stopped their actions, the man who was suspected of being beaten was left helpless. Although he was dying, they still tortured him by gouging out his eyes.
“A man has both eyes cut out after an altercation at a Vespa event in Gunung Putri, Bogor,” the post said, quoted on Friday, September 20, 2024.
Rumors circulated on social media that the altercation occurred when the victim hit his ex-wife who was riding a horse at the event. The offender eventually retaliated and the victim was hit by several people until she finally fell to the ground.
The local police have also investigated this case and authorities are looking for the offenders, according to Gunung Putri Police Chief, Deputy Police Commissioner Aulia Robbie Kartika Putra.
The timeline was not explained, but it said the incident occurred at a Vespa and punk community event on Saturday 14 September 2024, last week at around 22.30 WIB.
“The incident location was at Bimarga field, Gunung Putri village, Gunung Putri district. In the first chronology, the victim and the criminal were in a dispute, then at that time the rape incident (eye-cutting) occurred,” he told reporters.
He stressed that during the development of this case one of the accused was discovered and the investigation is continuing. Because it has been elevated to the investigation stage and the group is currently looking for the relevant person.
Regarding the victim’s condition, he said that he is still safe and stable and is awaiting the post-mortem results from the doctor. He also explained that the victim and the offender knew each other and were intoxicated during the conflict.
