Sheryl Lee Ralph headlines Kamala Harris campaign fundraiser

Sheryl Lee Ralph will headline an “Evening with Sheryl Lee Ralph” fundraiser for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.

The event kicks off in Los Angeles on September 6 and will also feature the couples John Gill and Jeff Valenson along with David and Bob Schneiderman. Tickets for event $1,000 (supporter) to $10,000 (host) with all donations going to the Harris Victory Fund and the Democratic National Committee and state Democratic parties. All contributors must be at least 18 years of age.

Ralph, who stars on the hit ABC series “Abbott Elementary,” is the latest celebrity to endorse or support Harris since she announced her presidential bid on July 21. Harris has a long list of supporters, including Oprah Winfrey, D.L. Hughley, Meryl Streep, Mel Brooks, Aubrey Plaza, Megan T. Stallion, Stevie Wonder and more.

Recently, Billie Eilish and Phineas declared that they will be willing to save the country’s democracy.

“We’re voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet, and our democracy,” Eilish said in a joint statement with her musician brother.

“We cannot allow extremists to control our lives, freedoms, and future. The only way to stop them and the dangerous agenda of Project 2025 is to vote for and elect Kamala Harris,” Phineas said.
