According to Article 18 of the Kadin AD/AR, the National Conference is valid if at least 50 percent of the voters are present. This means 50 percent of 132 people, i.e. 66 voters.

Noordin Khalid said that there were 5 Kadindas present at the National Conference, which are not yet valid because they have not received a Decree (SC). Thus, those who have the right to vote are reduced to 29 Cadinda, making it 87. the right to vote of the Kadinda element.

Nurdin added that other parties can claim the 21 candidates who rejected the National Conference. However, he recalled that what must be taken into account is that one Kadinda has three voters.

“Therefore, the vote of the 21 Kadinda presidents alone is not enough,” he said.

He suggested that all parties that protested or rejected the national conference file a legal complaint.
