Former Democratic Party Secretary General Hinka Panjaitan becomes the head of Bobby Nasuyun-Suria’s winning team in the North Sumatra gubernatorial election.

Medan, Long Live – Former DPP Secretary General Hinka Panjaitan believes the winning Bobby Nasuyun-Surya team will lead the North Sumatra gubernatorial election in the simultaneous regional elections in 2024.

“We will hand it over to Bang Hinka and the whole team,” Bobby Nasuyon said on the sidelines of a meeting chaired by Bobby Nasutyun-Suria and 10 political parties supporting him at the home of the winner Bobby-Suria, in the city of Medan, Friday night, September 20, 2024.

Bobby Nastuon explained that the appointment of politicians from the Democratic Party is a joint decision of the 10 political parties that support him, including Gerindra, Golkar, Democrat, PKS, PAN, PKB, PSI, PPP, Nasdem and Perindo.

President Jokowi’s son-in-law, led by Hinka Panjaitan, hopes to win the 2024 North Sumatra presidential election from Bobby Nasuyun and Surya over their rivals Edi Rahmayadi and Hassan Basari Sagala.

“So we can work together to win the race for governor in North Sumatra, which is leading in all areas, especially in education and health,” said the mayor of Medan.

Meanwhile, Hinka said he is ready to become the captain of the coalition of the pro-Bobby Nasuyun and pro-Suray parties. He will then be ready to field a pair of candidates to win the 2024 North Sumatra gubernatorial election.

“As of today, the team is firm and agreed to move forward to defeat Bobby-Suria. Bobby-Suria’s victory is North Sumatra’s victory,” Hinka said.

Hinka Panjaitan is known to be a democratic politician from North Sumatra who has experience in national politics. In the last presidential election, Hinka also won in Prabowo-Gibran.

Apart from Hinka Panchaitan as the winning president, PKS Central Committee Secretary Abdul Rahim Siregar and Treasurer Firsal Dida Mutyara are from Kadin.
