According to the media The telegraphthe Duchess hosted a meeting at Windsor Castle with members of the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood to discuss her ‘Early Years’ campaign.

“The Princess of Wales, Co-Patron, The Prince and Princess of Wales Royal Trust, held a meeting this afternoon regarding the early years at Windsor Castle,” the Court Circular entry read, the paper reported.

It is the first meeting outlined in the Court Circular this year since the wife of Prince William, heir to the British throne, stepped back from public life, first to undergo major abdominal surgery and then for chemotherapy.

A few weeks ago, Kate posted a video explaining that she had finished her preventative treatment and was looking forward to returning to work on a limited basis. “Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus,” she said on September 9. “Although I have completed chemotherapy, my road to healing and full recovery is long, and I must continue to live each day as it comes.”
