The former “Golden Bachelor” plaintiff filed an arrest warrant against him 3 months ago.

“The Golden Bachelor” contestant Gil Ramirez revealed new details about his past after the new season debuted Wednesday night.

according PeopleRamirez was served with a temporary restraining order filed against him by his ex-girlfriend just three months ago. The documents cited “emotional harassment” as the reason for the ban, with allegations that Ramirez stalked his ex and repeatedly tried to reach out.

The court filing, dated June 11, means the restraining order was issued at the same time Ramírez, who was given a rose by Joan Vassós at the premiere, was leaving for the show. The trial was scheduled for July 2, but was later postponed until July 24. The case was dismissed that day “without prejudice to the lack of prosecution due to lack of service.” The temporary arrest sentence was also annulled.

“Despite being told not to contact me or come to my house, he repeatedly made inappropriate contact with me, my family members, and my friends,” the complaint states. “25 attempts a day via phone, text, video. Even though he lives an hour away, he would show up at places where I would confront him every day.”

People also confirmed through a source close to “The Bachelorette” that the show is looking at its contestants, but “the offer came in the short period between the completion of our extensive research and the full audition process and the start of production.”

This isn’t the only scandal to hit Bachelor Nation this past week. It’s been revealed that “The Bachelorette” alum Devin Strader filed the assault charges and arrest warrant in early 2017. The ex-girlfriend claimed in a statement that Strader pressured her and nearly killed her.

Strader denied the allegations on social media.

“The allegations are simply not true because I never touched another person or treated my ex-girlfriend in any of the ways that have been described to me. This restraining order was never issued and has been completely denied,” Strader said, adding that he and his former college boyfriend eventually reconciled and ended their relationship on “good terms.”
