‘Wednesday’ behind the scenes, bigger audience, ‘Beshtar Kaj’ season 2


Netflix has released a new behind-the-scenes look at Season 2 of “Wednesday,” which is set to air in 2025.

Thursday the Twelve stars Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Luis Guzmán; director Tim Burton; and co-writers Al Gough and Miles Millar, as well as several looks at the sets and extras from the new episodes.

“This season is bigger and more complicated than you can possibly imagine,” Zeta-Jones says in the 48-second teaser.

“If we showed you the opposite, your eyes would bleed,” Ortega adds. “I am not that generous.”

Production on the new season began in Ireland in May.

In addition to Ortega, Zeta-Jones and Guzmán, Emma Myers, Isaac Ordonez, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo, Joey Sunday, Hunter Doohan, Victor Dorobantou, Mouza Mostafa and Georgie Farmer will return for Season 2. Steve Buscemi, Billy Piper, Noah Taylor, Evie Templeton and Owen Painter will also return.

Guest stars include Jamie McShane (who departed from the regular lineup), Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo and Jonas Suotamo.

In addition to Gough, Millar and Burton, “Wednesday” executive producers include Steve Stark, Andrew Mittman, Tommy Harper, Karen Richards, Kayla Alpert, Jonathan Glickman and Gail Berman. and Meredith Averil. Ortega also serves as a producer for Season 2, directed by Paco Cabezas and Angela Robinson.

“Wednesday” Season 2 will return to Netflix in 2025. Season 1 is currently available to stream.
