Andi Sumangerukka-Hugua’s vision and mission to make Southeast Sulawesi a developed province


Kotamara, LIVE – Southeast Sulawesi Governor and Vice Governor candidate duo Andi Sumangerukka (ASR) and Hugua presented their vision and mission by holding the Part III Blessing Concert at Kotamara Plaza on Friday, September 20, 2024.

The event was attended by thousands of people and featured bands such as Raja, Anga Dermawan, Mays Purba and Aulia Dangdut Academy.

In this regard, Andi Sumangerukka and Hugua emphasized their commitment to making Southeast Sulawesi a developed province equal to other regions in Indonesia.

Southeast Sulawesi Governor and Vice Governor Candidate Pair Andi Sumangerukka (ASR) -Hugua

Andy Sumangeruka stressed the importance of focusing on island communities, especially fishermen and farmers, through the massive $1 trillion budget programme for the islands.

“Southeast Sulawesi is rich in human and natural resources. We should use this potential for mutual progress, especially to ensure the development of the island regions of Southeast Sulawesi,” he said.

Hugua added that his vision is to bring progress, security, prosperity and religion to Southeast Sulawesi.

In his statement, Hugua highlighted three priority pillars: firstly, allocating a budget for farmers and fishermen, secondly, expanding employment opportunities and thirdly, developing the tourism sector.

ASR and Hugua also ask for prayers and support from the community to make their vision a reality through eight strategic programs.

This concert is not only an entertainment event, but also a platform for the ASR-Hugua couple’s commitment to the development of Southeast Sulawesi.
