Jakarta, VIVA – The Plenum for the end of the 2019-2024 term will be held next week on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. RHM Secretary General Siti Fauzia said that the assembly is obliged to hold a session after the end of its term, to discuss the implementation of its powers and duties, as well as the implementation of the PRC during the period of its five-year mandate.
“The holding of the Final Session of the MPR is mandated by Law No. 17 of 2024 on the MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD (UU MD3) as well as Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on the Rules of Procedure,” Siti said at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday, September 20, 2024.
He explained that in addition to the presentation of the implementation report at the plenary session at the end of the mandate, the VNR Regulation on procedural rules and the VMR Decree on recommendations for the MPR 2019-2024 will also be approved, which was implemented by the RHM for the next period.
“The adoption of the Regulation of the RPR on the internal regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan is an improvement of the existing internal regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan. This improvement is aimed at enabling the RPM in the period 2024-2029 to start working immediately,” Siti said.
The city added that the approval of the Order of the People’s Republic of China on the MPR Recommendations for 2019-2024 for the term was aimed at completing the outstanding tasks of the People’s Republic of China by the day after the MPR.
According to him, one of the contents of the recommendations of the People’s Republic of China for 2019-2024, which will be implemented by the People’s Republic of China in the coming period, is related to the Public Policy Principles (PPHN), which the Republic of Tajikistan was unable to decide on in the current period.
Citi further said that before holding the MPR Plenary Session to complete the 2019-2024 term, the RI MPR will first hold a joint meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024.
“At this joint meeting we will decide on a number of issues that will be discussed at the plenary session at the end of the mandate,” he added.
