Meanwhile, Bahlil refused to reveal the names and number of ministerial seats to be obtained in the Prabowo-Gibran government cabinet. He asked all parties to wait for the match date.

Several leaders of the Indonesian Progressive Alliance (KIM) political party were previously reported to have put their names forward for the Prabowo-Gibran cabinet.

This was revealed by Gerindra DPP Chairman Sufmi Dasco Ahmad to the media at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Saturday, September 14, 2024.

“Yes, someone suggested it,” Dasco said.

Dasco said the proposed names would later follow Prabowo as president-elect.

“It will be outlined, it will be simulated, OK? Then it will be passed on to the relevant president,” Dasco said.

But when asked how many there are and which political parties, Dasco refused to say. The deputy chairman of the RI DPR said that this is entirely Prabovo’s authority and competence.

“Ah, I don’t know (how many political parties), so it went straight to Mr. Prabowo,” he said.
