Dr Aulia, lawyer’s death case: Three PPDS FK Undip abuse victims ready to report to police


Semarang, VIVA – The legal representative of the family of the late Dr. Auliya, a participant in the Training Program for Specialists in Anesthesiology (PPDS) FC Undip Semarang, Misyal Achmad, revealed that there are three other victims who have suffered abuse at the training institution and are preparing to report to the police.

In the case of abuse and extortion, Dr. Aulia paid IDR 225 million while he was at PPDS FK Undip.

“There are three others who are reporting. One is a colleague of the deceased, the other two left PPDS,” Misyal said in Semarang, Central Java, Thursday (19/9/2024).

Before reporting, he asked for guarantees from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology for the three victims.

“After reporting, they will be guaranteed education and employment,” Misyal added.

Dr Auliya’s family reported this to the Central Java Police.

He also said he hopes police will soon identify the suspect in this case.

Misyal said the abuse that took place at the PPDS Undip Semarang Faculty of Medicine was a very serious criminal act.

“This crime was committed by someone who looked elegant but was very sadistic,” he said.

Meanwhile, Central Java Police Public Relations Officer Kombes Paul Artanto welcomed any further reports of abuse by other victims. He assured that the journalist’s identity would remain confidential.

“We will coordinate with the Ministry of Health so that the reporting process is not interrupted,” he stressed.

Previously, it was reported that Dr. Aulia, a PPDS student or participant of the Faculty of Medicine at Undip, Semarang, committed suicide on August 12, 2024 at his boarding school in Jalan Lempongsari, Semarang. The victim’s death depends on the humiliation he experienced.

Dr. Aulia’s family reported the alleged abuse to the Central Java Regional Police on September 4, 2024.
