There are currently five mobile SIM machines offered by Polda Metro Jaya for DKI Jakarta residents. According to VIVA Otomotif from Korlantas Polri website, East Jakarta residents can visit Grand Mall Cakung.

Especially for Bekasi residents, today the mobile SIM machine is located at Mitra 10 Jatimakmur. Meanwhile, Bogor residents whose SIM cards are about to expire can go to Tamansari Police Station or Bogor Police Station as mobile car SIM units are available from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.
Lastly, there is Bandung Police, which today provides two SIM mobile cars. The locations are at ITC Kebon Kalapa and Lucky Square. Service time starts at 08.00 WIB until end.
The Mobile SIM service only handles requests for SIM A and C extensions that can be made before the expiration date.
The requirements for SIM A or C renewal are a copy of the valid KTP, a copy of the old driver’s license and the original driver’s license, as well as proof of a medical examination.
The SIM renewal fee is IDR 80,000 for SIM A renewal and IDR 75,000 for SIM C renewal, according to PP No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue.
