Pertamina wins BUMN award for best B2B procurement for MSMEs in 2023

Transactions recorded by Pertamina through the PaDi UMKM platform reached approximately IDR 5.1 trillion as of June 2024. This award was received at the Market Digital Indonesia (PaDi) 2024 MSME Exhibition and Conference organized by the Ministry of Enterprise Business.

This activity is designed to bring together entrepreneurial companies and MSMEs so that they can cooperate and cooperate in promoting the development of MSMEs, especially in the supply chain for the marketing of MSME products. At the event, Pertamina participated in an offline exhibition in Sarina, Jakarta, in which 17 leading MSMEs and three MSMEs involved in corporate compliance in the procurement of marine equipment and equipment participated.

According to Ministry of Finance and MSME Development Expert of SOEs, Loto Srinaita Ginting, “This is the fifth PaDi UMKM Expo after the previous one held in 2021 and the hybrid one in 2022. Since the launch of PaDi UMKM on August 17, 2020, this platform “will become a bridge connecting SOEs and MSMEs and encourages MSMEs to transact digitally and contribute to the national economy,” he said.

Pertamina Vice President of Corporate Communications Fadjar Joko Santoso said the award reflects Pertamina’s commitment as a driver of the national economy by supporting MSMEs through the PaDi digital marketplace.

“Pertamina hopes that with this support, MSMEs will continue to grow and boost the economy, especially in remote areas,” Fajar said.

PaDi UMKM Indonesia Expo & Conference 2024 will be held in Jakarta from July 11 to 14, 2024 and in Balikpapan from July 18 to 21, 2024. With the theme “Together with BUMN, build the BUMN ecosystem”. The series consists of business conferences, business meetings, talk shows, and exhibitions. For the first time, PaDi UMKM Expo presents a conference that is expected to become a forum for MSMEs as suppliers and state-owned enterprises as buyers to communicate, share experiences, and implement corporate compliance activities.
