Rams vs San Francisco 49ers: How to watch, prediction and betting odds

The well-being of Rams wide receiver Matthew Stafford, already in jeopardy because of an injured offensive line, could be under siege because of an ankle injury suffered by star receiver Cooper Kupp in last Sunday’s 41-10 loss at Arizona.

Kupp’s absence, along with that of injured receiver Puka Nacua, leaves DeMarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell as Stafford’s receiving targets.

The Rams should build a running game around Kieren Williams and a line that welcomes left tackle Alaric Jackson.

The Rams defense will be without injured 49ers guard Christian McCaffrey, receiver/running back Deebo Samuel and possibly tight end George Kittle, but quarterback Brock Purdy still has receivers Brandon Ayuk and Jauan Jennings and running back Jordan Mason.
