RK expulsion over team: full of experts, professors and young people who do not belong to the party

Jakarta, VIVA – Jakarta gubernatorial candidate (cagub), Ridwan Kamil (RK), said about the structure of the RK-Suswono success team (timses) in the Jakarta Pilkada 2024, that professors and experts will join his team later.

“The president is Mr. Riza Patria, then there are experts, professors, a group of experts,” RK told reporters after the RIDO Public Service Network Voluntary Announcement event in North Jakarta, Monday, September 16, 2024.

In addition to teachers and a group of experts, the RK-Suswono team also includes children who are not members of political parties.

“So 70 percent of young people, not all of them, will join the parties. So many parties will be at the second level, this is almost an indirect effect,” he said.

Meanwhile, the former West Java governor explained that he and vice-governor candidate (kawagub) Suswono will announce the composition of the meeting team no later than Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

“The agreement was announced the day after tomorrow; if I am not mistaken, this was the result of the agreement,” RK said.

RK-Suswono aims to win hands

It was previously reported that a potential Jakarta gubernatorial candidate (kagub) named Ridwan Kamil RK is aiming for him and Suswono to win the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada election.

“Yes, our goal is to win one round and the winner is not to win by a narrow margin, like this one,” RK told reporters in the Plataran area, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Dushanbe, on September 16, 2024.

The former governor of West Java explained that he and Suswono have been nominated for the 2024 Jakarta presidential election, representing the political parties (parpol) of the Indonesian Progressive Alliance (KIM) Plus. Therefore, both of them set the goal of winning in order to maintain the honor of KIM Plus.

“Because this represents the great honor of the coalition,” he said.
