Rows of artists urge Tangerang residents to win the election for governor of Banten Andhra Soni-Dimyati.

Tangerang, LONG LIVE – Volunteers from the National Intellectual Strategy Front (BISON) held another large rally on Saturday, 21 September 2024 at Sibodas Square in Tangerang City, in support of Banten Governor and Deputy Governor candidate Andra Soni-Dimyati Natakusumah.

Several Indonesian artists were also present at Andra Soni-Dimyati’s social programmes. These are Celine Evangelista (impressive), Marchel Vidianto and Raffi Ahmed, who is also the president of the winning team of Andra Soni-Dimyati.

Also present were Prilly Latukonsina (Andra Soni – Team Dimyati), Ginka Febriyanti Ginting (BISON National Coordinator), Ahmed Rifaldi Mustamin (BISON National Secretary), Wirayuda Fauzan Maulana (BISON National Treasurer) and several members of the winning team from Tangerang City.

Thousands of Tangerang residents took part in the huge rally. When Banten gubernatorial candidate Andra Soni and BISON volunteers arrived at the venue, chants of “Andra Soni, the winner” could even be heard.

“The popularity of Tangerang people is extraordinary, thank you for coming. Today is the second BISON Apple in support of Bang Andra Soni. Yesterday we were together with Aa Raffi in South Tangerang, Pamulang Plaza,” said BISON National Coordinator Ginka. Febriyanti Ginting.

BISON thanked the residents who participated in the rally. He expressed his appreciation for the response of the residents who are ready to defeat Andra Soni-Dimyati in the 2024 Banten gubernatorial election.

Ginka called on all the people of Banten, especially those from Tangerang, who were present at the rally, to fight together for the victory of Andra Soni-Dimyati.

“He (Andra Soni) is extraordinary, we hope that his experience can be passed on and fulfilled by the aspirations and bring more benefits to the people of Banten,” he said.

“Win Andhra Soni, win Andhra Soni,” he added while urging residents to chant and win Andhra Soni.

Meanwhile, the president of the winning team, Raffi Ahmed, believes that Banten province will be more progressive, fair and equal in the future without corruption if Andra Soni leads it.

“I think the most important thing is that Andra Soni is not corrupt. Banten is moving forward without corruption, Andra Soni, Governor of Banten. Mr. Andra Soni’s programs, God willing, will all be implemented,” Raffi said.

“Andra Soni knows what small communities need and Andra Soni will stand up for them,” Raffi added.

The potential candidate for governor of Banten made his high agenda for a fair and corruption-free development. Among them are the free SMA/SMK and MA schools, both public and private.

All of this, he said, is easy to do without any corruption. For this reason, the former head of the DPRD Banten asks for the support of the people so that they can trust him as governor of Banten.

At the grand rally held on the theme “Meeting Point for the Welfare of Banten with Andra Soni”, Andra revealed as a result of the survey that the people of Banten are dissatisfied.

Speaking at the event, Andra Soni emphasized that Banten is hopeful and happy because it has received support from many experts, famous people and great people who care about Banten.

Andra Soni has revealed that he is not running for governor out of ambition. He is a simple man. “My mother is a farmer, I was a construction worker. Like all my younger siblings, I went to school by bus, by public transport, just hanging out,” he said.

But with great enthusiasm, he continued to try to change his life until he became the chairman of the Banten DPRD. “God willing, I have now become a candidate for governor of the Banten region,” he said.

As a former chairman of the Banten DPRD, he knows the problems in Banten. Many unemployed people do not have the necessary qualifications or education.

That is why he wants to have a free school so that everyone can go to school. Andhra Sony is also creating more and more jobs. The unemployed are being educated so that they can be employed.

“Free schools can be implemented if there is no corruption. Corruption makes it difficult for us to go to school. Corruption makes it difficult for people to work. Corruption makes treatment difficult. Let me fight, let me fight. If I am elected governor of Banten, I will commit to making Banten develop, fair and free from corruption,” he said, which was applauded by the youth.

Andhra Soni also made fun of people who like to bribe to get votes. He asked for Rs 20,000 or Rs 50,000, but he has not yet changed his behaviour, which is corruption.
