The 21-year-old athlete from North Sumatra won three gold medals in athletics, in the 200m, 400m hurdles and 4x400m medley relay.

Dito revealed that Nella Agustin is proud of her achievements, she trains athletes in North Sumatra and continues to grow by producing athletes who are ready to fight and excel.

Dito said the PON event is an option for regional athletes who are preparing to become national athletes and defend Indonesia on the international stage in the future.

“This is proof that great seeds from different parts of the country have great potential that we must cultivate and support,” said Dito.
Dito said that national records were also broken in various sports at PON 2024. Therefore, it is inevitable that there will be development of athletes from the regional level to the national level.
“In addition, PON set national records in several sports, including track and field, swimming, weightlifting, mountaineering and shooting, which set national records,” Dito said.
Dito did not forget to congratulate the contingent from West Java Province (West Java) who maintained their position as world champions by winning a hat-trick of 540 medals and having more medals at PON 2024.
“I congratulate West Java for becoming the overall champion of PON XXI,” Dito said.
